When you receive your product, please inspect it thoroughly in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you notice any defects, signs of expiration, or other issues, you must notify the delivery personnel immediately. Once you accept the product, you lose the right to return or exchange it.
In the case of a delivery failure, we will fully refund your payment. If you cancel the order during delivery, you will be charged for the delivery fee, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 7-10 working days after receiving your claim
If you receive the wrong product, inform us immediately. As long as the product is unused, with the manufacturing seal intact, we will exchange it for the correct one. If an exchange is not possible, and you’ve made an advance payment, we will process a refund within 7-10 working days after receiving your claim.
- To exchange a product, it must be unused, in its original condition, and with the manufacturing seal intact. You can only exchange the product if a replacement is available in stock. Please contact our customer service to confirm availability. You will be responsible for the delivery charges for the exchange.
- Please note that medicines, clothing items (including all clothing, bed, and similar products) are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety concerns. Kindly double-check your order before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy.
You can cancel an order only before it has been shipped. If the order has been processed for shipping, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you may refuse delivery, and once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs. If you wish to cancel, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
